Good day loyal citizen!
You are probably wondering where we have been. Where, you might ask, where in
god's name are those people who throw beach burns? Well as you have probably
heard, the Church of Mez has been disbanded and is no more. Thankfully, the
Shadow Church of Mez has returned from their undisclosed location and is ready
to shake some boo-tay and we need your help.
Now is not the time for discourse. Now is not the time for debate. Now is the
time to pack your self, your funky cloths, your art, stuff to eat, stuff to burn
(bring wood!) and some playa rockin spirt and head to Golden Garden Park to burn
some stuff in the name of Freedom.
The details:
Where? Golden Garden Park (from I5, take the 85th Street exit, head west until
you run out of street, then turn right and follow the road all the way to the
back) When? Friday June 20th 6PM - 11 What? fun! What about The Law? The park
closes at 11 PM. Cops will probably show up to ask us to leave. Park rules
prohibit the use of liquid fuels, fireworks, open containers of alcohol, off
leash dogs and French people.
Remember: if you don't show up, the terrorists have already won.
That is all.
Also: Leave no trace! Help us clean up the next day at 2PM.

Golden
Gardens Park near Shilshole.
Look for people wearing glowing stuff, having too much fun, or
otherwise resembling people in the pictures of the previous
burns. |
| Parking: |
The police will show up 11:30 to
lock the gates to the park's own parking lot. So at this point we'll
need to move our cars, perhaps to a nearby city lot or the street.
Carpooling can't hurt. |
| What to Bring: |
Crazy-Costumes, Drums, Friends, Glowing Stuff,
Food to cook, Blankets, Warm Clothes, Body Paint, Anything fun to
share, and don't forget your immortal soul. |
